In this privacy statement we set forth BREEOOT’s privacy policy as to information which we collect online through www.breeoot.com, other BREEOOT websites, and/or mobile applications which link to this Privacy Statement (respectively, “Privacy Policy” and “BREEOOT Website“).

Please note that BREEOOT Websites and Apps may contain links to other websites, products, or services offered by third parties, which are not governed by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of entities which are not controlled by BREEOOT.

“Personal Data” is any information that enables us to identify you, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as your name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more factors specific to you. Application Privacy Policy for Breeoot Members

Effective Date: April 15, 2025

This section applies specifically to the use of our mobile application (“App”), designed exclusively for Breeoot members and accessible via secure login.

Information We Collect

We collect the following data types to provide our services:

  • Device and technical data (IP address, OS version, device ID)

  • App interaction data (pages visited, usage patterns)

  • Push notification ID and platform (for reminders)

  • Optional location data (if user has enabled permissions)

  • Health data (with explicit consent), including:

    • Nutrition (e.g., calorie intake, water consumption)

    • Activity (steps, workouts, energy expenditure)

    • Vitals (heart rate, HRV, blood pressure)

    • Fitness metrics (VOâ‚‚ max, cardio fitness)

    • Body metrics (weight, BMI, body fat)

    • Sleep data (duration, stages)

    • Mindfulness activity

    • Reproductive health (menstrual tracking)

    • Mobility metrics (walking speed, gait stability)

We do not collect identifiable contact details (e.g., name, phone, email) unless provided voluntarily for support or login.

  • Deliver personalized preventive health plans

  • Provide real-time insight and feedback

  • Send reminders (via push notifications, if allowed)

  • Conduct aggregate analytics (non-identifiable)

  • Improve features, detect bugs, and enhance usability

Consent and Access Control

Health data is accessed only with your explicit, opt-in consent. You may withdraw consent via the App settings or by contacting our support.

We comply with Apple HealthKit and Google Health Connect policies:

  • No use of health data for marketing

  • No storage of health data in iCloud

  • Encryption in transit and at rest

  • No sharing of health data without user consent

Retention and Deletion

User data is stored only while the account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal and health data will be erased within 30 days.

Device Permissions

We don’t request access to Bluetooth, location, or other device-level functions to support features. 

Aggregated Insights

We may use anonymized data to enhance services and generate health trends for internal improvement.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

 

Rights and Contact

  • Export your health data (on request)

  • Opt-out of analytics or feedback collection

What information do we collect? 

BREEOOT Website collects the following Personal Data about site visitors:

 

 

Site Use Information

BREEOOT collects technical information relating to each time a visitor comes to BREEOOT Websites, including IP address, browser type and version, time zone settings, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform type (e.g. Internet Explorer browser on a Windows platform).

We may also collect information about your visit, including pages you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, etc.

Gathering this technical information helps us to learn what browsers we need to support and helps us determine what sections of the BREEOOT Website are most popular and how many visitors come to our site(s).

Careers and contact. You may provide Personal Data to us which may include your name, home and/or work email address, postal address, phone number and/or fax number, your employer and job title, demographic information about you, including birth year, certification designation, etc. You are only required to provide such information if you want to take advantage of careers and contact services provided through BREEOOT Websites.

 

What is the lawful basis under which we process Personal Data?

Certain processing activities conducted by us are based on the necessity of such activities for the performance of our relevant services between us and our visitors. For example, we need to process your provided Personal Data in order to contact you if you will request so.

BREEOOT does not sell Personal Data to non-affiliated third-parties for their marketing or business purposes.

 

  1. How do we use the information we collect?

Non-Personal Data. Non-Personal Data is used mainly for click stream analysis in order to constantly improve and maintain BREEOOT Websites and applications, including among others, in order to measure and understand the level of engagement with BREEOOT Websites, for general business analytics and in order to provide a more personalized experience and tailored content, for ensuring the technical functioning of our network, for communicating with you and to help prevent fraudulent use of the BREEOOT Websites.

We Retain your information only for as long as necessary for the above stated purposes.

 

Personal Data. Personal Data is used only for the following limited purposes:

  • to carry out the relevant services;

  • Process Transactions.

  • to improve and maintain the BREEOOT Websites and Applications;

  • to notify you about changes or to ask you to provide feedback;

Our activities take place in Israel. Most of our databases are currently located in Europe (depending on the services suppliers such as Microsoft 365, Deal Cloud Etc.). Regarding our processing activities which are made in Israel, the European Commission has decided that Israel ensures an adequate level of privacy and data protection, therefore, in accordance with the GDPR, the transfer of Personal Data to Israel from the EEA is lawful and does not require any specific authorization.

Any future transfer of Personal Data outside Israel and the EU to a third country shall be made in accordance with applicable law, including by providing adequate protections, or otherwise implementing appropriate safeguards to ensure the protection of our visitors’ rights.

How we protect your information?

We adopt appropriate and generally accepted data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your Personal Data.
